I’m a life-long student and a believer in the natural ability for people to grow, and sing, and unlock their hearts in a circle of compassion.

I’m an HSP, a Leo on the cusp of Virgo, a middle child, and a returned Peace Corps volunteer. A divorcee. A proud mama of two and a lover of play. I want to help you release the stories, the sticky thoughts, and the places where shame creeps in. Your joy and your pain matter, and we will craft a process that follows you into rich imaginative zones of body and soul, including brainspots, aspirations, and attachment puzzle pieces.
