Structure
Structure is where we can track those habits that you know would help you grow. Atomic. Microscopic. Stacked with numbers that we can measureably track. Food log, meditation minutes, movement, digestion, sleep….you decide.

Engagement
Where is your flow? Can we find it in session with some deep breaths, a gaze, a thought or a feeling? That spot that we can concentrate on, of hurt, of anger, of unexplained disturbance. We will practice focusing in ways that make sense for you.

Nurture
Take a bath. Take a walk. Get out your paints. Eat mangoes naked, as the great author SARK has entitled us all to.
Treat yourself with time in your body. Shaking loose, sipping tea, whatever is needed. Lose the rush. Gather your favorite pillow and that journal with faded pages.

Challenge
Maybe not a challenge in the way you were expecting, like working out more or being given more tasks to do.
This is a challenge to give yourself a break.
A self compassion break.
A reminder that you are doing the best you can right now.
That you are indeed wired for love, even, especially, towards yourself. Mistakes and all.
